Stability Ball Dead Bug Exercise

Complete 5 for each side. Do 2-3 repetitions.

Can be performed twice daily.

Watch the video for proper technique provided by our chiropractor!


Stability Ball IYT Exercise

Each of these exercises should be held for 2 seconds.

Repeat 10 times each.

Can be repeated twice daily.

Stability Ball Jackknife Exercise

Carefully using a stability ball, complete 5-10 reps, 3 times.

Do this exercise with a neutral spine.

Stability Ball Seated Posture Exercise

This exercise can be practiced multiple times throughout the day. 

Stability Ball Wall Squat Exercise

Complete 10 squats at a time. 

Repeat 2-3 times if possible.

Complete exercise twice daily.
