Chin Retraction Exercise

Do 10 chin retractions and hold each for 2 seconds. 

Can complete twice daily.

Neck Rotation Exercise

Complete 10 per side, holding each for 2 seconds.

Can be repeated twice daily.

Neck Translation Exercise

Complete 10 reps per side, 2 seconds each.

Can be repeated twice daily.
